We stayed at the Arte Boutique hotel in September 2023. We were with our toddler and our dog and were made to feel like home. Aneta and the rest of the team went the extra mile to make our stay in Florence really special. The location is ideal, very close to the city centre but without the hustle and bustle of it. The complimentary afternoon aperitifs set you off in the right mood for your evening in the city. Our room was quite spacious and the beds very comfy. The breakfast and cleaning staff were friendly and eager to help. When it was time to go, we were offered a farewell drink from Aneta and she also helped us to bring down our luggage. We were really thrilled with our stay and we are looking forward to staying there in our next trip.
Absolutely stunning hotel with an amazing view. The staff was the most friendly staff I have ever met anywhere and they were so accommodating. I loved the sunk down bathroom area and the 2nd floor relaxation area that opened to a balcony overlooking the domo
This hotel is great. Very well renovated room, especially the bathroom. It was so clean that we even didn't want to use it. The staff were very friendly and provided great services. One of the receptionists, Aneta, even went far from providing a great service. She ensured that not only we had enough food for the breakfast since we were leaving the hotel early in the morning, but also she ensured the already reserved transportation would come to pick us on time. She was kind enough to provide her personal phone number in case we needed her to contact our taxi driver to get us to the airport on time. It was great staying over there.
Wonderful one-night stay at this property. You cannot beat the location. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very courteous in all regards. The room was big and nicely appointed. No complaints.
A beautiful, quirky hotel, extremely quiet and clean, right in the centre of Florence. The staff made us feel very welcome and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence. Excellent value for money.
I stayed here in 2021 and had the most exceptional stay, largely in part to the incredible service of Aneta at the front desk.
The hotel was beautiful and safe, the room was extremely comfortable and had a lovely view of the courtyard. The happy hour and breakfast were both so good (with so much food and wonderful drinks). All of that was great.
But it was really Aneta that made my first visit to Florence so memorable and wonderful. She provided the most incredible recommendations for everything I could imagine - coffeeshops, aperitivo, cocktail bars, wine bars, must see landmarks and galleries. With all of her recommendations I saw a Florence from a locals perspective and experienced things I never would have otherwise.
I would not hesitate to stay here again. The full experience was beyond 5 stars and was life long memorable for me.
Fantastic hotel, 3 mn stroll from the famous Duomo, yet a few blocks away from the noise. Everything was fantastic! The staff super helpful and kind (especially Bernadette), our room (No.4) Our room was super quiet, gorgeous, spacious, super clean with a large modern bathroom and a large balcony including a sitting area ans a partial view of the Duomo. Above and beyong expectations in all respects. Highly recommended!
Lovely small boutique hotel in perfect location for central attractions of Florence. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel beautifully decorated and lovely and cool during heat wave.
